“Start by doing the necessary, then the possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible”
To me fitness is not only about keeping in shape, it´s a part of the lifestyle I have chosen for an increased wellbeing. A part from the physical aspect, the training gives me mental relaxation and increased energy. I often use the physical activity to challenge me in my daily routines. Regardless of the size of the challenges, the major criteria are to define clear goals for these challenges and then work single-minded to fulfill them.
In daily life I choose forms of training after my mode and I do not put great emphasis to cardiovascular training. Instead I vary my workouts by combining weight-training with marshal arts and fitness classes. During diet I increase my cardio level by adding walking and interval training.
The classes I teach is; Core, Bodypump, Cycling and Pulse Cycling (Activio System).
